<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support stay device for a tilt cab excellent in the operability of a safety lock at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The support stay device for the tilt cab is provided with a support stay 3 formed of one and other both arms 5, 7 which are connected so as to be bendable, positioned in a linear form and supporting the tilt cab 1 in a forwardly inclined state; a regulation lever 10 pivotally provided on one arm 5 of the support stay 3 and regulating the bending of the support stay 3 in an engagement state with the other arm 7; and a stopper body 12 mounted to a mounting hole 16 formed at the regulation lever 10. The stopper body 12 is turned and operated over a suppression position for suppressing dissolution operation in the engagement state of the regulation lever 10 and a position for enabling dissolution operation in the engagement state of the regulation lever 10.
