<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device capable of binding and folding the sheets on which images are formed, reduced in size, and excellent in sheet alignment and a sheet processing device using the sheet post-processing device. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet post-processing device comprises a sheet aligning tray 4 installed to be tilted upward along the sheet feeding direction within a perpendicularly projected area of the device body 1 of the sheet processing device and capable of temporarily loading multiple sheets; a saddle-stitching means 5 for stitching at least the center part of a sheet bundle aligned with reference to one end edge of the sheets on the sheet aligning tray 4; and a folding means 6 installed to be adjacent to the device body 1 in the area exceeding the perpendicularly projected area of the device body 1 of the sheet processing device and at least capable of folding and discharging downward the sheet bundle aligned on the sheet aligning tray 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
