ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY AND ITS INFORMATION RECORDING, REPRODUCTION, AND ERASING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor memory which electrically carries out all processings including recording, reproduction and erasing of information in an organic semiconductor memory using photochromic compound.

SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor memory has a recording layer, a source electrode, a gate electrode and a drain electrode. The recording layer comprises diarylethene derivative which is photochromic compound.
