PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-like medium delivery device capable of positively sequentially delivering card-like media starting with the one at a lowest position even in a composition with a plurality of stacked card-like media having emboss parts in the neighborhood of one end of the side ends of the card-like media. SOLUTION: Since a friction member 200 is provided in one part of a wall part 70 in one side of a stacker 4, and in the card-like media pushed up by a pushing up action of a delivering member, a side end in one side sliding on a wall part 71 in the one side is moved upward precedently to a side end in another side sliding on the friction member 200, engagement between the emboss part of a card-like medium and the side end part of the card-like medium stacked directly above the card-like media can be released.
