PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device 1 hard to cause the post-treatment trouble of a paper sheet on which an image is formed. SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 comprises a first processing device 2 for post-processing the paper sheet on which an image is formed and a second processing device 3 for processing the paper sheet processed by the first processing device 2. The image forming device 1 further comprises a selection means for selecting a paper selection mode in the first processing device 2 or a paper processing necessity and/or processing mode in the second processing device 3; and a control means for controlling the first processing device 3 to convey the paper sheet processed by the first processing device 2 from the first processing device 2 to the second processing device 3 or directly discharge it to a paper discharge tray 27 installed in the first processing device 2 according to the selection of the paper processing necessity or processing mode in the second processing device 3.
