PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail transmission system capable of easily specifying an attached file for each destination address when transmitting e-mails to a plurality of destination addresses collectively. SOLUTION: A definition document 15 and a plurality of attached files 16 are stored in a shard folder 14 created in a hard disk 8 of a complex machine connected to a network line. E-mail software at least capable of transmitting e-mails using the network line is installed in the hard disk 8. By the specification of the shared folder 14, e-mails with the attached file 16 attached are transmitted to the destination addresses described in the definition document 15.
