PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction caused by incorrect transmission of a signal between circuits in an electronic device having a scanning circuit to scan a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels are arranged. SOLUTION: The scanning circuit of the electronic device includes a first power supply line pair (PL1, PL2), a second power supply line pair (PL3, PL4), a first interconnection line PI1, and a 2nd interconnection line PI2. The first power supply line pair consists of the first power supply line PL1 for supplying a first voltage to a first circuit group and the second power supply line PL2 for supplying a second voltage to the first circuit group. The second power supply line pair consists of the first power supply line PL3 for supplying the first voltage to a second circuit group and the second power supply line PL2 for supplying a second voltage to the first circuit group. The first interconnection line PI1 connects the first power suply line PL1 with the third power supply line PL4.
