PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in performing image processing, correction of shading as the distortion of a lens must be achieved on the condition where the reference surface is flat, it is important to match the lens setting of a camera with an actual application, and hence the angle of view must be easily set. SOLUTION: A plate-like light source manufactured for two-dimensional uniformity is provided, and further a uniform light source close to an ideal one is provided by making the plate-like light source be close to a scattered light source by producing a maximum diffusion state in a box-shaped casing for raising the uniformity.
