PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean efficiently an object to be cleaned formed by a various kind of material and improve cleaning quality and efficiency by upgrading the quality of a recovered cleaning medium. SOLUTION: The movement of a cleaning medium 4 and the collision to an object 2 to be cleaned are efficiently conducted without interfering an accelerating action and a circulating action of the cleaning medium 4 without simultaneously operating a means 7 for accelerating the cleaning medium and a means 6 for generating an air flow for circulating the cleaning medium by intermittently driving at least two means of the means 6 for generating the air flow for circulating the cleaning medium which allows the flaky flexible cleaning medium 4 stored in a cleaning tank 5 to fly by generating the high-velocity air flow along a wall face of the cleaning tank, the means 7 for accelerating the cleaning medium which makes the flying cleaning medium 4 collide with the object 2 to be cleaned to remove material such as dust and powder sticking on the object 2 to clean by the high-velocity air flow, and a means 8 for recovering the cleaning medium which sucks the stuck material sticking on the cleaning medium 4 collided with the object 2 to be cleaned to remove.
