PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the scanning line control method of a convex probe which has a wide visual field angle and does not reduce scanning line density. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic system and an ultrasonic method, which establish many virtual common points from common points which a scanning line to each of the sensing elements of a probe meets, establish the steering angle of the scanning line to each of the sensing elements from the many established virtual common points, and control the steering of the scanning line to each of the sensing elements from the established steering angle, are provided.
