PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel bat usable for both hitting-impact and practice swing training, by arranging a weight for restraining vibration on the inside end of the bat. SOLUTION: This weight 2 is integrally formed with a vibration inducing part 1A, a groove 1B and vibration conducting parts (rail-shaped projection parts) 1C and 1C'. The weight is press-fitted and fixed to the tip inside of a pipe-shaped steel bat 3 via the rail-shaped projection parts 1C and 1C', and the end of the bat is blocked up. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
