PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid smoker that carries out smoking processing of food materials by liquid smoke treatment, and preventing smoke liquid from sticking on an opening/closing valve and causing clogging, even when using a smoke liquid of high viscosity. SOLUTION: This liquid smoker pressure feeds a smoke liquid in a smoke liquid tank to a spray nozzle by using the pressure of compressed air from an air compressor, and sprays the smoke liquid onto a food material, followed by smoke processing. The liquid smoker further supplies or stops smoke liquid to the spray nozzle, by using only an opening/closing valve which operates supplying or stopping of the compressed air to the smoke liquid tank, and the opening/closing valve is set on a connecting pipe which connects the air compressor to the smoke liquid tank.
