A water supply cartridge is provided to improve controllability of a water valve through smooth operation of a rotary disk for a fixed disk by reducing close adhesion force between the fixed disk and the rotary disk. A water supply cartridge includes a packing(115) and a fixed disk(120). The packing is inserted outside cold/hot water supply holes(111,112) and a drain hole(114) of a cartridge base(110) to prevent cold and hot water inputted from the outside and discharged water drained to a faucet from being leaked inside the cartridge formed by the coupling of the cartridge housing(190) and a cartridge base. The fixed disk is stacked on an upper part of the packing and sealed in case of rotation of a rotary disk(130) by closely surface-adhered to an additional rotary disk for controlling water temperature. The fixed disk is fixed between the cartridge base and the cartridge housing to prevent the fixed disk from pressing the rotary disk by elastic force of the packing.
