<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten retrieval time, to reduce a processing load by efficiently retrieving a base station in which stealth setting is performed and thus, to reduce power consumption to prolong battery life. <P>SOLUTION: Information indicating connection environment when this radio communication terminal is actually connected to a stealth access point, for example, SSID of a proximity access point present in the circumference, the SSID of an access point of a handover origin if immediately after handover, current position information of a portable terminal MS, connection starting date information and connection termination date are associated with the SSID of the stealth access point and stored in an access point management table 201.
