<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to absorb fluctuation of a fastening load due to contraction or the like of a laminated body, and grant a desired face pressure without fail. <P>SOLUTION: In a fastening load imparting mechanism 23, a plurality of dish springs 76 imparting a load on a laminated body 14 in a lamination direction, a plurality of guide bars 86 extended in the lamination direction, and a plurality of bearing members 88 for the guide bars 86 to be inserted into in free sliding movement in the lamination direction are provided between a movable pressurizing plate 74 and an end plate 20b. The bearing member 88 is provided with a housing 90 fixed to the end plate 20b, and a bearing 92 mounted on the housing 90 and insertion-coupling the guide bar 86 in free sliding movement in a lamination direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
