<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a comparator circuit which outputs a stable signal without chattering. <P>SOLUTION: The comparator circuit comprises: a comparator (11); a pulse generation part (15); and a switching element (16). The comparator (11) receives an input signal and a slice level signal in first and second input terminals, and outputs comparison results by comparing their voltages in magnitude. The pulse generation part (15) receives the output of the comparator (11), and generates pulses in accordance with changes of a logical level of the output. The switching element (16) is provided between an output terminal and a second input terminal of the comparator (11), and becomes an on-state when receiving the pulses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
