<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding movement vehicle capable of freely changing a posture thereof to use advantages of a bicycle and a personal mover respectively and to compensate defects thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The riding movement vehicle is constructed in such a manner that the same can change the posture between a first posture positioning two wheels at front and rear, and a second posture positioning two wheels in parallel by folding a frame.
