PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent content data in a plurality of data utilization apparatuses from being illicitly used due to the unauthorized use of individual user identification information.

SOLUTION: A contents data broadcast receiving system 1 is comprised of broadcast receiving/reproducing terminals 11-1 to 11-n for allowing each user to input user identification information and utilize content data and generating and outputting user history information including the user identification information and the using time of content data and a utilization state management apparatus 12 for inputting and analyzing these output user history information, and when the overlapped use of the user identification information in two or more broadcast receiving/reproducing terminals is detected, transmitting user identification information overlapped use notification including the user identification information to all the broadcast receiving/reproducing terminals. When the user identification information included in the user identification information overlapped use notification is the same as the input user identification information as the result of comparison in each broadcast receiving/reproducing terminal, the use of content data is inhibited.
