<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server which prevents occurrence of a terminal station which can not carries out registration of a relay device, and becomes an isolated condition, by directing registration change of the relay device for one or more end stations which register the specified relay device when a state is detected in a plurality of relay devices installed in an area, the state in which registration concentrates to the specified relay device; and at the same time, sufficiently suppresses cost for the system construction. <P>SOLUTION: If any of the relay device 2 detects that a number of communication terminals 1 which register CSID (Cell Station ID), exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the management server 3 directs to perform registration change of the CSID for the one or more communication terminal stations 1 which is registed in the relay device 2. By the method, the system prevents occurrence of the end station which can not perform registration of the CSID, and becomes an isolated condition, and sufficiently suppresses cost for the system construction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
