PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring stick contributing to accurate measurement, and a measuring instrument using the measuring stick. SOLUTION: A base member 54A is formed into an almost parallelogram plate shape and arranged so that the two long edge sides thereof become parallel to the longitudinal direction N of a dielectric block 52. The base member 54A is arranged on the dielectric block 52 so that the center line along the longitudinal direction N of the base member 54A coincides with the center line M along the longitudinal direction N of the dielectric block 52.
