PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal compensation circuit capable of being configured without using a phase shifter and adjusting the phase and amplitude of differential signals without increasing a circuit scale, and a radio receiver. SOLUTION: While an amplifying circuit 13 with a phase adjusting function adjusts the phase of a first local oscillation signal corresponding to a first phase control signal and a variable gain element 15 adjusts the amplitude of the first local oscillation signal corresponding to a first gain control signal, an amplifying circuit 23 with the phase adjusting function adjusts the phase of a second local oscillation signal corresponding to a second phase control signal and a variable gain element 25 adjusts the amplitude of the second local oscillation signal corresponding to a second gain control signal.
