PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable measurement of weak radio waves by suppressing the occurrence of measurement error owing to sidelobe error even in the case of delay profile measurement when the arrival times of incoming waves are near. SOLUTION: A delay profile measurement unit includes a delay profile measurement section 21 for obtaining, as a delay profile, waveform information for confirming the arrival timing and the intensity of each incoming wave by receiving OFDM radio waves incoming through different propagation paths, and by sampling and calculating the above received signals; a sidelobe generation means 30 for generating sidelobe data equivalent to the sidelobe error of the incoming waves which appear in the waveform information of the delay profile through the processing by the delay profile measurement section 21; and a correction means 35 for performing suppression correction of the sidelobe error of the delay profile obtained by the delay profile measurement section 21, by using the sidelobe data generated by the sidelobe generation means 30.
