PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antenna unit having broadband characteristics arranged such that the operation frequency band of antenna is widened while suppressing enlargement of antenna. SOLUTION: The antenna unit comprising a ground conductor, a radiation conductor, a feeder line and a feeding probe and being excited by feeding power between the feeder probe and the ground conductor from the feeder line is further provided with a first conductor having a part overlapping the radiation conductor and forming a short stub to the radiation conductor by short-circuiting one end of the part to the radiation conductor, and a second conductor having a part overlapping the first conductor and the radiation conductor and forming an open stub to the first conductor by opening one end and connecting the other end with the feeder probe thus forming an inductive impedance and a capacitive impedance. The radiation conductor, the first conductor and the second conductor are arranged in this order substantially in parallel on a plane where the ground conductor is formed.
