PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus which simply carries out the management of a key bundle, a key management system using the same, and a key management method used for the same. SOLUTION: An identification information acquiring part 106 acquires key identification information recorded in an information recording medium attached to the key bundle when taking out the key bundle having a plurality of bundled keys. A key weight measuring part 107 measures the weight of the key bundle whose key identification information is acquired by the identification information acquiring part 106. A recording part 114 records the key identification information acquired by the identification information acquiring part 106 and the weight of the key bundle measured by the key weight measuring part 107 in a key management information data base 140.
