PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable heat-insulating airtight structure for a building, which ensures high heat insulation and high airtightness, and achieves prevention of condensation by virtue of moisture conditioning action, alleviation of reflected sound, improved workability, etc. SOLUTION: The moisture-permeable heat-insulating airtight structure for the building has a heat-insulating structure 20 which is formed: of a woody fiber-based heat-insulation material 2 filled in the heat-insulating structure; an exterior substrate 3 arranged an outside A of the woody fiber-based heat-insulation material 2; a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 4 covering an outside surface of the exterior substrate 3; and a cladding material 6 arranged on the outside of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 4.
