PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device for an elevator doorway easily installable without being affected by the degree of the skill of a person in charge of the installation and capable of holding the smoke isolating performance even if the door is slightly tilted. SOLUTION: This door device 10a comprises a smoke isolating mechanism for closing the gap G formed between the door 21, a jamb frame 18, and a threshold 20 when the door 21 is closed. The smoke isolating mechanism comprises an upper smoke isolating mechanism 54 for closing the gap between the upper part of the door 21 and the upper frame part 18a of the jamb frame 18, a lower smoke isolating mechanism 56 for closing the gap G between the lower part of the door 21 and the threshold 20, side smoke isolating mechanisms 58a for closing the gaps between the side parts of the door 21 and the side frame parts 18b of the jamb frame 18, and a door contact part smoke isolating mechanism 60 for closing the gap G at the door contact part 22a of the door 21.
