PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, an image display method and an image display program reducing a user's burden in image confirmation when the user confirms a picked-up image again while referring to a selected image after another user has confirmed the picked-up image and selected the image. SOLUTION: The image display device 204 comprises a display part 30 having a pseudo moving image display region in which images of an image group Pa stored in a folder F1 are sequentially displayed, and a reduced image display region in which the reduced images of images selected out of the image group Pa are displayed; a selected image extraction part 252 extracting a near-by image which is a selected image having a display number closest to the display number of the image displayed in the pseudo moving image display region, out of the selected images; and a display control part 251 reducing and displaying the extracted near-by image in a predetermined position in the reduced image display region.
