An apparatus for manufacturing a battery pack is provided to precisely control the pressure applied to articles to be processed even when the actual pressure is varied with various factors, thereby preventing generation of defects in the resultant products and increasing the productivity and workplace safety. An apparatus for manufacturing a battery pack by disposing articles to be processed on a lower jig member(144) and by pressurizing the articles by an upper jig member(142) operated by the pressure of a press(110). In the apparatus, the press is installed at the top of the frame of the apparatus, and the jig member is mounted on the frame by way of a tension spring. Additionally, a sensing unit for detecting the pressure applied from the press is disposed on the upper jig member, and the pressure applied from the press is controlled based on the pressure detected by the sensing unit. |
