An ashtray having an elastic rubber pad is provided to facilitate extinguishing a cigarette completely with a finger without contamination of the finger from ash and to expect fire prevention. An ashtray includes: a cigarette backing plate with a rectangular shape, which is established in the center of the ash tray; and an elastic rubber pad for extinguishing cigarette in a pressing manner using a finger, which is established on the cigarette backing plate. |
