There is provided a porous sheet (1) having an uneven surface (4) and a plurality of through holes (5) formed therein. The porous sheet (1) is formed of a sheet including a higher density region (2) and a lower density region (3), one of which is interspersed in another. The sheet is elongated to form the uneven surface simultaneously with the through holes at the boundary portions between the higher density region (2) and the lower density region (3).
