PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an amount of recording becomes excessively large and it becomes to take time for retrieving one of the recording later in the case of a business phone capable of displaying full names or name and telephone numbers of call origins of incoming calls on a telephone set on the incoming side, recording the display content and by which the recording is referred to by operations later. SOLUTION: The amount of incoming call recording is avoided to be huge by performing control not for uniformly recording all the incoming calls to read and control them but for selectively recording the incoming calls according to preset conditions. For standard logic of selection, some logic standards, for example, for recording incoming calls to a line of a main line among a plurality of lines, however, recording no incoming call to other lines even when there are incoming calls, for recording incoming calls to a line for home, however, recording no incoming call to a line for a store are provided and set by convenience of its user.
