PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for laminating a thermoforming sheet with such advantages, e.g. excellent thermoformability, excellent suitability for lamination in a process to laminate the thermoforming sheet with the film, the excellent luster of a container after laminating/thermally forming the sheet with the film and a diminished feeling of cloudiness of the container. SOLUTION: This film for forming the surface layer of the thermoforming sheet is characterized in that the layer constituted of a resin composition containing 100 pts.mass polypropylene-based random copolymer and 0.03 to 1 pts.mass organic crystal nucleator such as sorbitol derivative, is formed of a non-oriented polypropylene-based film which exists, in the thickness of not less than 15μm, in the surface layer. In addition, the film for laminating the thermoforming sheet, is laminated on at least, one of the surfaces of the resin sheet to make up a polypropylene-based thermoforming sheet.
