PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet of which the thermally welded peripheral edge part is narrowed, and a method for simply manufacturing the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet manufacturing apparatus 4 is constituted so as to interpose a hot-melt sheet 13, which is easily thermally welded to a nonwoven fabric layer 11 and a sponge layer 12, both of which are difficult to thermally weld to each other, between the nonwoven fabric layer 11 and the sponge layer 12 and equipped with a thermal welding part 41 and a cutting part 42 both of which are adjacent to each other. In the state that the nonwoven fabric layer 11, the hot-melt sheet 13 and the sponge layer 12 overlie from below in this order using the sheet manufacturing apparatus 4, the thermal welding of the nonwoven fabric layer 11 and the sponge layer 12 using the thermal welding part 41 and the cutting of them using the cutting part 42 are simultaneously performed to manufacture the laminated sheet 1. Since the shift of a cutter 42a with respect to a cutting position is hard to occur as compared with the case where thermal welding and cutting are individually performed, it is unnecessary to widely provide a cutting flange and, as a result, the peripheral edge part 1a to be thermally welded of the laminated sheet 1 is made narrow.
