PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated core, which eliminates the need for caulking at the time of laminating core members and ensures accurate form by absorbing the accumulated error due to the thickness deflection of the core members, and a stator. SOLUTION: In this laminated core 100 made by piling up a plurality of core members 1A being magnetic plate materials, thermoplastic resin 2 arranged not all over the surface of each core member 1A is partially fused, whereby each core member 1A is fixed. Especially, the thermoplastic resin 2 arranged partially at the core member 1A is arranged so that the sum of the inertial moment of the thermoplastic resin 2 in the direction of the main axis may be roughly zero.
