PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain information to which a motion image is related even after the motion image is deleted when there is the information. SOLUTION: When it is judged that there is a folder related to the motion image to be deleted, positions of scene change of the motion image are detected. Still images are generated by the detected positions of scene change. The still images are recorded in the folder instead of the motion image to be deleted.
