PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily constitute a 2×2 antenna switch required for communication equipment conducting a diversity reception. SOLUTION: A transmitter-receiver connects and uses a transmitter (Tx) and a transmitter-receiver antenna (Ant1) in the case of a transmission, and a receiver (Rx) and the transmitter-receiver antenna (Ant1) or a receiver antenna (Ant2) in the case of a reception respectively. In the transmitter-receiver, the three paths of a 2×2 switch, an Rx-SW1-Ant2, a Tx-SW3-Ant1 and an Rx-SW2-Ant1 are sorted into two groups. In the transmitter-receiver, each group of (the Rx-SW1-Ant2 and the Tx-SW3-Ant1) and the Rx-SW2-Ant1 is controlled by complementary control signals (a CTL1 and a CTL2).
