PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cock integrated type gas meter suspension unit capable of restraining a height of the unit and capable of compactifying a size. SOLUTION: This suspension unit 1 includes an inlet pipe part 10 and an outlet pipe part 40 connected respectively to an inlet and an outlet of the gas meter, and a cock body 27 assembled in the inlet pipe part 10 and for opening and closing a passage in the pipe part. The inlet pipe part 10 has a rising pipe part 11 in this side led up from an inlet of the gas meter, a transverse pipe part 13 extended from the rising pipe part 11 toward a deep side, and a falling pipe part 15 led down in a deep side of the transverse pipe part 13. A handle 22 of the gas cock is arranged on this side of the transverse pipe part 13. The cock body 27 of the gas cock is arranged in the deep side of the transverse pipe part 13, and a connecting member 25 for connecting the handle 22 and the cock body 27 is arranged to traverse an inside of the deep side of the transverse pipe part 13.
