PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart capable of rotating a stay bar provided to stretch it over both right and left panels of the cart or remove it from them freely up to a position where it does not become an obstacle automatically when not used. SOLUTION: This cart is constituted by fitting a rotary bearing member 12 into a front end support column part 2a of the panel 2 on one side externally and supporting the rotary bearing member 12 on the front end support column part 2a to rotate around the support column part 2a by itself, supporting a basic part 10a of the stay bar 10 on the rotary bearing member 12 to swing vertically and freely, and attaching a locking fitting 11 for engaging a locking part 10b formed at a play end of the stay bar 10 to engage or disengage it freely to a front end support column part 3a of the panel 3 on the other side. The rotary bearing member 12 is provided with an energizing means (gravity acting on an inclined cam part 17 and the rotary bearing member 12) for rotating the rotary bearing member 12 into an evacuation condition in which the stay bar 10 is positioned on a front side of the front end support column part 2a for supporting the rotary bearing member 12 when the stay bar 10 is in a free state in which the locking part 10b is removed from the locking fitting 11.
