PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for packaging an intermediate moisture food, capable of securing sealing performance for individual food contents even after opening an exterior pouch, extending an open-date, saving cost of addition of oxygen scavenger, and excluding a risk of drinking oxygen scavenger by mistake. SOLUTION: This method for packaging the intermediate moisture food comprises filling food contents with water activity (Aw) of 0.9-0.6 in a packaging container which has deoxidizing function, and subjecting air in the packaging container to gas flushing followed by sealing the packaging container.
