PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb dispersion of dimensional accuracy of an electromagnetic control valve for a composite control valve in combination of the electromagnetic control valve and a check control valve openable by pushing with a spool of the electromagnetic control valve in an elevator for an implement of a ground working vehicle. SOLUTION: The composite control valve 70 is composed of the electromagnetic control valve 80 for driving the spool 78 in the axial direction with a solenoid 74, reducing a hydraulic pressure when there is the input hydraulic pressure, feeding the hydraulic pressure to a lowering valve and projecting the tip of the spool when there is no input hydraulic pressure further from the maximum stroke when there is the input hydraulic pressure with a prescribed extent of projection, and the check control valve 90 for taking a holding position for holding the hydraulic pressure of a cylinder and a hydraulic pressure releasing position for releasing the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder. A check valve housing 82 of the check control valve 90 can be moved in the axial direction from a casing 72 and a gapΔS between the electromagnetic control valve 80 and the check control valve 90 in the axial direction is adjusted by an adjusting screw 94.
