<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor installation type radiator device capable of increasing installation places and preventing an accident caused by snow falling. <P>SOLUTION: A duct 5 is composed of a first duct structure 23, and a second duct structure 25 positioned on the first duct structure 23, and connected with the first duct structure 23 through a connecting structure. The connecting structure is constituted to rotate the second duct structure 25 in the circumferential direction around a virtual center line C extending in the vertical direction through a center of the first duct structure 23 to permit the change of a mounting position of the second duct structure 25 to the first dust structure 23.
