<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal separator capable of blowing off condensed water and having no deviation of gas composition in a solid polymer fuel cell (PEFC). <P>SOLUTION: Projected parts 10 and recesses 11 having apertures at the bottom of base are installed in many rows and in many columns by a lancing process forming on a metal thin plate 4. A gas passage is formed by interposing this structure by a metal flat plate and an MEA. Since these passages are separated and divided, even if condensation and closure occurs at the part of the passages, the gas is dispersed to other passage and mixed up, and thereby the effect by closure is minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
