<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain combustion fuel such as hydrogen from burning locally. <P>SOLUTION: A micro reactor 1 is constituted so that substrates 30, 40, 50 are laminated and joined each other. Reforming passages 34, 44 are formed respectively on the substrates 30, 40, and a reforming reaction is caused at the reforming passages 34, 44. A burning passage 54 is formed on the substrate 50, and hydrogen is catalytically burned at the burning passage 54. A catalyst 57 for combustion is fixed in the burning passage 54. The catalyst 57 for combustion is obtained by depositing a catalyst composition 57b containing platinum as an active component on a carrier body 57a. The carrier body 57b is formed into a film-like shape and the catalyst compositions 57b are dotted on the film-like carrier body at predetermined intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
