<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method allowing a purchaser to imagine an actual sofa satisfactorily, when selling the sofa through a sofa sales web site by the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A selection information holding field 110 is provided on the upper part of a texture selection screen G4, and on the lower part thereof there is provided a texture display field 170 provided with a plurality of individual display fields 172 each having an image display part 172a, a check entry part 172b, a name display part 172c, and a color display part 172d.
