TRACEABILITY MANAGEMENT DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND METHOD OF TRACING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traceability management device which efficiently and precisely specifies the affecting range of a fault by securing the traceability of the fault or a request even when changing or adding is performed to hardware.

SOLUTION: When changing/adding is performed to the hardware constitution of a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus 2 to be managed, a hardware information obtaining part 120 obtains its update information. In the case of investigating the affecting range of the fault, a software condition coincidence extraction part 150 extracts a device where software concerning the fault is installed. Successively, a hardware condition coincidence extraction part 160 decides whether the extracted device satisfies a hardware condition where the fault occurs on the basis of the information obtained by the hardware information obtaining part 120, and the extraction part 160 extracts the device as a device affected by the fault in satisfying the hardware condition.
