<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a clearance between a base material and a photosensitive material when the photosensitive material is provided and to suppress occurrence of a pinhole when an ITO (indium tin oxide) film is formed. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a member for a display device comprises a process of providing a photosensitive material containing at least a photosensitive resin in a liquid state on the base material and a process of performing post exposure to the photosensitive material on the base material by using a metal halide lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
