<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a related object. <P>SOLUTION: An inter-object relation information management database 124 stores the combination of the identifiers of objects and virtual desktop identifiers arranged in one and the same virtual desktop. When receiving the identifier of the object selected by a user, an inter-object relation information requesting part 112 notifies an inter-object relation information management part 123 of the object identifier. An inter-object relation information management part 123 retrieves the object identifier making a pair with the object identifier from the inter-object relation information management database 124, and returns it to the inter-object relation information requesting part 112.
