PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device which can be decreased in circuit area, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device includes a data driver block DB and a memory block MB. The data driver block DB and memory block MB are arranged in a direction D1, and a plurality of pads for data driver for electrically connecting with data lines are arranged on the side of the data driver block DB in a direction D2. The data driver block DB includes a driver cell DRC. The driver cell DRC includes a multiplexer MUX which receives image data of at least one pixel and multiplexes and outputs image data of subpixels on a time-division basis and a D/A converter DAC which applies D/A conversion to the image data of the subpixels multiplexed on the time-division basis.
