PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab structure and a construction machine provided with a cab, for smoothly opening and closing a sliding door, while maximally enlarging an effective space in the cabin, without projecting the door outside from a maximum turning radius of a swivel base, in opening-closing operation of the sliding door. SOLUTION: This cab of the construction machine is formed so that the swivel base 2 is arranged on a lower structure 1, and is arranged in a position deviated from the turning center of its swivel base 2, and an outside side surface part 10 is formed with an outward swelling curved surface, and the outside side surface part 10 has the sliding door 16. A radius of curvature R2 of a rear half part of the outside side surface part 10 is set smaller than a radius of curvature R1 of its front half part.
