PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain water-tightness inspection device capable of performing a partial water filling test with respective parts such as a drain of a rooftop and a flat roof. SOLUTION: This drain water-tightness inspection device S has an expansion body 10 expanded in a flow passage of a drain, a pipe body 20 connected to the expansion body 10, a fluid injector 40 connected to the pipe body 20 and sending fluid to the expansion body 10, and a water cut-off device 50 surrounding the periphery of the drain via a close contact surface. Water is gathered between the periphery of the drain and the water cut-off device 50, and a part between the expansion body 10 and the water cut-off device 50 can be made watertight.
